Laura is the founder of Virtual Pharmacist and our Clinical Director. She is a practising pharmacist with over a decade’s experience across Primary Care sectors, plus training, mentoring, and consultancy work. Her standards for clinical quality shape everything we deliver.

Operations Co-ordinator
Chloe Smith

As the Operations Co-ordinator at Virtual Pharmacist, Chloe plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of services across our practices. Overseeing scheduling requirements, She ensures that each practice is matched with the most suitable pharmacist to manage workloads efficiently and effectively. Alongside this, Chloe manages recruitment needs, helping to identify and onboard skilled professionals who align with our high standards of care.

We offer the tools to help practices, PCNs, and federations successfully deliver NHS-funded pilots for pharmacist services.

Jodie Smith
As Operations Manager at Virtual Pharmacist, Jodie oversees the day-to-day running of our services while also contributing to the development and implementation of internal AI and technology projects. With extensive experience in Primary Care across GP practices and PCNs, Jodie combines her expertise with a special interest in QOF and systems training to support our pharmacists in completing complex tasks and projects.
