Working at this company has been a very positive experience! The team is full of knowledgeable pharmacists who are always ready to lend a hand with both clinical and technical advice. Management are approachable and made me feel comfortable. They're very considerate and its impressive how they prioritize a good work-life balance (i have a young daughter so have to factor this into my life). The VP team makes every effort to meet both personal and professional needs, which is greatly appreciated. I joined VP 1 year to date with no expectations of what remote working would be like. From the get go the team have been nothing but supportive and professional. The clinical groups, colleagues and senior team always aids to provide the encouragement needed for safe practice whilst upskilling and increasing my knowledge as a pharmacist. Great place of work. I have been working for VP for long time and I can honestly say it’s been a real blessing. After few months of entry level I was quickly promoted to higher level. I love working for VP, even though it’s a full remote position I feel supported by head office. It’s a diverse environment. I always feel valued. The director is brilliant, inspiring and she has got excellent extensive clinical knowledge and will support you anytime; her passion for primary care is contagious and she is a very hard working pharmacist. Over all I would definitely recommend working here and I have referred friends over as I believe it is a great company to work for!!
