Yes. We offer an end-to-end audit service that goes beyond a final report. We help practices address agreed actions, including coding, patient contact, monitoring and medicines review. Prescribing changes are made by an appropriately qualified prescriber within their competence, and outstanding actions are tracked or escalated.
Audit reports can support a practice’s CQC evidence when they show the standard assessed, findings, actions taken and subsequent improvement. CQC considers this alongside the wider evidence about care; a report does not guarantee acceptance or a rating.
Yes, to enhance accuracy within the audit report, we use Ardens’ templates, OptimiseRx or ScriptSwitch pathways, Eclipse risk stratification, and EMIS, SystmOne, Vision and Medicus searches where available.
