Our Vision

We focus on reducing the some of the burden on the GP team, to enable them to focus on their patients, practice, personal time and projects. By introducing a pharmacist to the clinical team has a several major benefits, including quality improvements and continuity across the practice.

The idea of Virtual Pharmacist enables you to pick and choose which services you wish to use to make a tailor made package, without the need to recruit.

To deliver optimal care, it is vital that pharmacists and GPs join forces. A stronger working relationship between the two professions can help reduce the pressure on the stretched primary care system and improve patients care.

Pharmacists are becoming more integrated with general practice. NHS Long Term Plan’s implementation of primary care networks (PCNs) that could see a typical 50,000 patient PCN employ six full-time clinical pharmacists. Recruitment and ongoing support can however be difficult. The current DES mean that the pharmacist recruitment must take part in the national training scheme unless working at an advanced level. The pharmacists recruited often have no experience and need support and training time, which is not funded or directed.  All our virtual pharmacists have experience in primary care already and know how to navigate the IT systems. Saving the practice time money and effort, with a trained and competent pharmacist to start reducing the pressure on the practice.  Hire Virtual Pharmacists in UK
