How do remote LTC clinics work?
Our LTC clinic service is carried out remotely by our expert team of pharmacists. Consultations use phone or video where clinically suitable, taking account of the patient’s preferences and accessibility needs. All documentation and prescribing happens directly in whichever clinical system your practice uses: EMIS, SystmOne, Vision or Medicus.
Remote reviews can reduce demand for clinic space. The practice team still provides physical examinations, measurements or other in-person assessments when needed, alongside support for escalated or complex issues.
