Laura is the founder of Virtual Pharmacist and our Clinical Director. She is a practising pharmacist with over a decade’s experience across Primary Care sectors, plus training, mentoring, and consultancy work. Her standards for clinical quality shape everything we deliver.

Chloe Smith, Operations Co-ordinator at Virtual Pharmacist

As the Operations Co-ordinator at Virtual Pharmacist, Chloe plays a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of services across our practices. Overseeing scheduling requirements, she ensures each practice is paired with the service configuration that best fits its workload, and coordinates our clinical scheduling so the right expertise is delivered, with every pharmacist briefed on the governance standards that underpin our service.

We offer the tools to help practices, PCNs, and federations successfully deliver NHS-funded pilots for pharmacist services.

Jodie Smith
As Operations Manager at Virtual Pharmacist, Jodie oversees the day-to-day running of our services while also contributing to the development and implementation of internal AI and technology projects. With extensive experience in Primary Care across GP practices and PCNs, Jodie combines her expertise with a special interest in QOF and systems training, helping the network deliver complex clinical tasks and projects to a consistent standard.
