How do remote LTC clinics work?
Our LTC clinic service is carried out remotely by our expert team of pharmacists. This is completed either by phone or video call, as the patient requests. All documentation and prescribing occurs directly in EMIS or SystmOne – whichever software the practice uses.
This remote service greatly reduces the need for onsite availability and clinical rooms. GP teams will only see escalations or complex diagnostic issues.
