Clinical Pharmacist Support for GP Practices across Sussex
Sussex is commissioned as part of the Surrey and Sussex board, and it holds two quite different populations: a young, mobile city at Brighton and Hove, and older coastal towns along the rest of the shore.
Those two produce opposite workloads. The city generates registrations and reconciliation in waves through the year; the coastal towns generate structured reviews and monitoring on older lists. One protocol with the volume weighted per practice covers both.
