Laura Billyard
Laura is the founder of Virtual Pharmacist and our Clinical Director. She is a practising pharmacist with over a decade’s experience across Primary Care sectors, plus training, mentoring, and consultancy work. Her standards for clinical quality shape everything we deliver.
Chloe Smith
As Operations Co-ordinator, Chloe supports the smooth delivery of services across our practices. She handles scheduling, matching each practice with the right pharmacist for their workload, and coordinates our clinical capacity planning and onboarding of new pharmacists to our service.
