Alongside the PCN structure, many practices in the area also work through 3Sixty Care Partnership, a joint venture between a GP federation across Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and East Northants and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

We are used to working to whichever of those actually holds the funding and the accountability; it is not always the PCN.
North Northamptonshire has also grown quickly, with substantial housing development pushing list sizes up faster than clinical capacity has followed. The usual consequence is that medicines work is the first thing to slip down the list.

No, and we do not claim to. Our pharmacists work remotely from across the UK, inside your clinical system. Nothing about the service depends on anyone being nearby, which is exactly why cover stays consistent: it never turns on who can travel on a given day.
Can we commission this at federation level rather than per practice?
Yes. We work with individual practices, with networks, and with federations. What changes is the scope and the reporting, not the service.
What if our practice is not in a PCN arrangement?

Can this be funded through ARRS?
Often, yes. ARRS funding covers roles engaged through a service contract as well as directly employed staff, provided the role fits the DES requirements. We map your workstream against those requirements and your PCN’s allocation before you commit to anything.
